admirable stay
helpful staff varied selection
The personnel was courteous. amal, the reception staff, and the cleaning personnel are affable. they maintained smiles throughout my visit! the room was spacious. the meals were savory and varied, with an extensive selection. The tv in the room offered smart capabilities.

the hotel is near many restaurants and shopping areas, all within a short walk. it is convenient, about a twenty-minute drive to the main square and tourist attractions, made exploration easy. the area has a relaxed ambience.

the rooftop pool is large and provides amazing views of the surrounding area. i saw a snack bar near the pool that provided soft drinks and snacks. the air conditioning worked properly. the gym was well stocked.

fantastic stay with a lovely rooftop pool
rooftop pool friendly receptionist available excursions
the rooftop pool was really great , with free loungers and towels. the room was okay , even though it could use some improvements. the receptionist was super friendly , always ready to help with a smile. they also have cool excursions you can book right at the hotel.
the room lacked a kettle , and the water pressure was occasionally low.

the receptionists were very helpful and kind , attending to every request with a smile. i noticed the staff members consistently maintained a high level of professionalism and courtesy . they answered all my questions.

the rooftop bar offered amazing service. mohammed was really great. the risotto with scallops was delicious. there was a good choice of food and drinks , with something for everyone.

the rooftop pool was excellent with provided sun loungers. i found it easy to park my car near the hotel. public transport was also close , offering easy access to and from the airport using a single bus.

rooftop pool comfortable beds
the rooftop pool was a major plus. i liked its comfortable beds. my room had a good size bed also. the bathroom needed some updating though.

The hotel's situation in a quieter area created a more peaceful experience. its location outside the town center also. this was beneficial.

the breakfast buffet presented an adequate, if somewhat limited, array of choices. i noticed the bakery section had a minimal amount and bread was not plentiful. staff were slow to replenish items when they ran out during breakfast.

good breakfast rooftop pool comfy bed broken bin low pressure no kettle
the breakfast was very good with so much choice. the rooftop pool area is lovely with comfy beds. it is a little bit out of town so it was a quieter area.
the room did not have a kettle. the bin was broken. the water pressure was very low on 2 occasions, so it was not warm enough for a shower.
